The government is yet to decide on the way forward with a ‘Covid passport’.

However we understand that different travel companies / airlines / countries are already requesting proof of Covid vaccination. As there is currently no national or international formal guidance we would suggest that you ask your travel company/airline etc. what proof they require.

The Covid vaccination card that was given to you at the time of your vaccination may be sufficient. If you have the ability to logon to your medical records you can would be able to see a record of your immunisations and print that off. If you require a letter from the practice you can request one. However we would like to point out that this will be a private service incurring a charge of £15.
