We’re always looking for ways to improve the care and services we offer our patients, and the best way to do that is to hear directly from you.
That’s why we’ve put together a short survey — and we’d love as many of you as possible to take part.
What’s the survey about?
The survey covers a few key areas: how easy it is to get in touch with us (including by phone), how you find booking and accessing appointments, and your overall experience of the practice over the past year.
We’ve also included some specific questions about our phone service and our virtual callback queue — a feature that lets you keep your place in the phone queue without having to stay on hold. We want to understand how many of you are aware of it, whether you’ve used it, and what your experience has been.
Why are we doing this now?
Earlier this year, the results of the national GP Patient Survey were published, which gives practices like ours a snapshot of how patients feel about their GP surgery. While we’re proud of many aspects of the feedback we received, we know there are areas where we can do better — and we want to understand the detail behind the scores so we can focus on the things that matter most to you.
Your responses will go directly to the practice team and will help shape decisions about how we work.
What happens with your answers?
All responses are completely anonymous — we have no way of identifying who has completed the survey. Your answers will be reviewed by the practice team and used to inform improvements to our services. We’ll share an update on what we’ve heard and what we plan to do about it.
How long does it take?
Around 4 minutes. There are 15 questions, and the survey is designed so that only questions relevant to your experience are shown — so it may feel even shorter.

The survey works on any device — phone, tablet, or computer. No login or NHS account is needed.
The survey is open to patients registered at any of our four surgeries: Cherry Orchard Surgery (Codford), Old Orchard Surgery (Wilton), Till Orchard Surgery (Shrewton), and Spring Orchard Surgery (Fovant).
Thank you for taking the time — your feedback genuinely makes a difference.
