We would like to know how we can improve our service to you, and welcome any comments or suggestions. We have a PPG (Patient Participation Group) and we welcome you to participate in this.
Patient Participation Groups
Helping us put our patients first.
We are always open to constructive feedback and suggestions, helping the practice reflect on it’s current services and shape it’s future. We warmly invite our registered patients to consider joining our PPG, so that they can help us continuously improve what we do to put our patients first.
There are a number of ways you can tell us what you think:
- Suggestions boxes at each surgery
- Speak to any member of staff to give informal feedback
- Email or write to us via your surgery or feedback to the email address below
Contacts
PPG representative: Pauline Rose / Carole Slater
PPG Secretary: James Druce
Lead GP: Dr Ali Corke
Important: Remember
This is not a forum for formal complaints, these would need to go through the normal complaints channels.
Join our Patient Participation Group
All registered patients are able to join our Patient Participation Group. People of all genders, ages, ethnicities, and those with health conditions and disabilities are encouraged to join.
We currently have two active PPG’s, one based at Till Orchard Surgery (Shrewton) and a Partnership wide PPG based at Old Orchard Surgery (Wilton). You are warmly invited to join your nearest PGG nearest for your convenience. Members should as far as possible, be representative of the surgery population.
To join, please email us with your name, NHS No. and your usual surgery to our feedback email address:
